Factoring the features in RooLagrangianMorphFunc and RooLagrangianMorphFunc::Config

RooLagrangianMorphFunc::Config is a class that is used to setup the morphing function. It collects the
necessary user inputs from the user and this is provided to RooLagrangianMorphFunc to build the morphing
function.

Some of the issues that need to be addressed are,

• (A) Factoring : Separate out features between the config and the morphfunc to provide a clearer view of functionality
• (B) Persistence : This is regarding the storage of morphing objects in a RooWorkspace.

Actions :

• (A) Review the morphfunc and config class and identify methods that require factoring
• (B) Test current operability with factory method and identify objects that require to be persisted inside the workspace
