I'm Raghavendra — 17+ years in the Indian Air Force, where I ran HR and personnel operations for hundreds of officers under conditions that leave zero room for error. Somewhere along the way, spreadsheets and paper trails stopped being enough, so I taught myself Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Forms & Reports and started automating the very systems I used to run by hand.

The result: production systems that eliminated manual processing for thousands of personnel records across the Pan-IAF network, still running today. Now I'm formalizing that transition with an MBA in Data Science, and building toward AI, ML, and full-stack development.

What recruiters usually ask me: "How does a defense HR background translate to tech?" — Fair question. Here's the honest answer: military operations run on the same things good engineering does — precision, audit trails, zero tolerance for silent failure, and the discipline to ship something that actually works the first time. I bring that mindset to code.
