Summary

• Parse ALTER TABLE t FORCE REINDEX PARQUET [COLUMN c] [PARTITION LIST 'p' [, ...]] from fix(core): fix parquet index repair and deduplication after upgrades questdb#8139, with AST, toSql and formatter support.
• Parse ALTER TABLE t FORCE DROP PARTITION LIST 'p' [, ...], which the engine already accepted but the grammar did not.
• Both live in a dedicated alterTableForceAction rule so their tokens do not collide with the existing DROP PARTITION and ALTER COLUMN visitor checks.
• Adds the documented examples to docs-queries.json.
