Summary

Reviewed three attached IEEE-styled compilations for Recertia. None cited as design sources. §9 of docs/references.md records scores and rationale.

Fetch / read status

Artifact How read Cite?
Continuous Skill Acquisition Chat attachment (re-read); no public PDF No (rel 6 / imp 2)
Graph Engineering / “Anthropic Playbook” Drive 11-page PDF + OCR + chat re-attach No (rel 5 / imp 2)
My 4 Steps / Andrew Ng LinkedIn one-pager OCR + chat re-attach No (rel 5 / imp 1)

Continuous Skill Acquisition (re-attached)

Eight-step poster: Scan → Filter → Curate → Workflow Extraction → Skill Evaluation → Skill Generation → Store → Publish. Pipeline rhyme with Miner/Curator is real; open-ecosystem crawl contradicts SkillsBench; no measurements; index term “remote sensing” is a domain-mismatch tell. Still decline.

Provenance

  • Graph Engineering Drive PDF: independently compiled July 2026, not affiliated with Karpathy/Anthropic; “1000×” unmeasured.
  • Andrew Ng one-pager: same independent-compilation disclaimer; cite Reflexion/ReAct/Self-Refine / Ng Batch instead.
  • Chat re-attachments of Graph Engineering sometimes show different surface branding; same viral family.

Rate Continuous Skill Acquisition, the Hoffman/Anthropic Karpathy-loop
playbook, and the ChatGPT Andrew Ng compilation for Recertia applicability.
None clear the bibliography bar (measurements or scrutinised practitioner
argument); record scores and decline rationale in references.md §9 so the
false Anthropic/recertia provenance claim is not re-imported later.

Pull and OCR the Graph Engineering Drive PDF and the Andrew Ng one-pager;
correct §9 provenance (independent July 2026 compilations, not Hoffman /
recertia authorship). Continuous Skill Acquisition still has no public
primary — leave unfetched and declined.

Update §9 with the eight-step Discovery/Extraction/Deployment pipeline from
the re-attached CSA poster; still no public primary and still declined.
Note Graph Engineering chat variants vs the fetched Drive PDF.
