Develop pushes currently have no automatic TestFlight delivery. Run the simulator and release checks before archiving and uploading the exact tested commit, with queued deployments, API-key authentication, read-only signing assets, and per-run credential cleanup.
Base develop includes the CI-passed UI and QuantumLeap 1.0.0 changes. Existing credentials are registered as encrypted repository secrets.
Validation: 8 Ruby tests and 3 cleanup tests pass; Ruby/shell syntax and workflow lint pass, with the documented concurrency queue key checked separately because actionlint 1.7.12 does not yet recognize it. Live signing and TestFlight processing will be verified after these checks pass and the PR is merged.
