How to Use previously changed the persisted first-launch flag without presenting a view. Bind it to the Settings presentation state so it opens a dismissible setup sheet, can close and reopen, and keeps the mandatory data-use consent gate intact. Make the Licenses detail title inline to match the other detail panes.
Update QuantumLeap from 0.0.7 to 1.0.0, including its required dependency updates. Pin local/CI Mudmouth to 3c1468a, which removes the unused Introspect 1.x constraint, and document the Swift 6.4 / Xcode 27 requirement.
Validation: reproduced the How to Use failure before the fix; verified unit tests, consent lifecycle, repeated help presentation, setup completion and detail navigation on iPad and iPhone simulators. UI tests now select the actual switch and distinguish iPad detail replacement from iPhone back navigation.
