Tested: arduino/setup-protoc works fine under node24 (FORCE_JAVASCRIPT_ACTIONS_TO_NODE24). No changes needed, the June 2 forced migration will just work. |

Summary
arduino/setup-protocv3.0.0 is the latest release and still runs on Node.js 20, with no node24 update (Support Node.js 24 to keep this action working arduino/setup-protoc#112)sudo apt-get install -y protobuf-compilerin lint.yml and test.yml, which has no JS runtime dependency
