[Feature]: Add python3.14 support

What feature would you like to request?

We're currently unable to add support of python3.14 due to onnxruntime not supporting it.

v1.24.1 has just been released and brings 3.14 support 🎉

But from my initial testing, not all models work as expected with this latest version (and python 3.14). For instance, intfloat/multilingual-e5-large and jinaai/jina-embeddings-v3 currently fail to load.

I have tested this PR qdrant/py-rust-stemmers#5 (comment) and it fixes the segfault I was getting on Python 3.14. There also is this PR qdrant/py-rust-stemmers#7 to add it to the test matrix for py-rust-stemmers, and it's possible that also fixes the segfault, but I just found the latter PR right now.

py-rust-stemmers support python3.14 as of v0.1.8

I can only see the Python 3.14 support as of v0.1.6
qdrant/py-rust-stemmers#7

But the nice and small one year old free-threading PR 5 hasn't been rebased and merged yet.
