Webのフォント生成専用環境でBrotliを1.2.0から1.2.1へ更新し、不正な圧縮入力による境界外書込み／RCE（CVE-2026-111497）を修正します。変更は `apps/records-web/scripts/fonts/pyproject.toml` と同じ環境のlockfileだけです。[公式修正内容](https://github.com/google/brotli/releases/tag/v1.2.1) 機能追加はありません。生成されるフォント92出力のbyte再現性、3字体それぞれ8,341文字のcoverage・字送り、90分割フォントのmanifest、描画18ケースを確認し、追跡済みassetsの変更はありません。frozen sync／lock検査、PyPI公式58成果物のURL・hash・size・yank状態、hash必須の厳格な依存監査も成功しています。 必須CI・4言語CodeQLは成功済みです。Records Webはブラウザー依存のAPT取得中に取り消されたため、そのジョブだけの再実行でWeb・ブラウザー試験・依存監査とRecords必須ゲートが成功しました。検査・TLS・timeoutを緩める変更は行いません。 分類はRecords／Webのみで、CoreとAndroidの変更はありません。マージ後、新しいmain SHAの必須チェックを通してRecords Releaseを実行します。 この修正はPythonのフォント生成環境のBrotliを対象とし、全Brotli経路の解消とは扱いません。Node 24.22.1には同CVE修正が既にcherry-pickされています。Pillow 13.0.0の同梱Brotliは別copyで未修正ですが、現アプリで渡すフォントは固定の同梱assetsのみで、外部入力フォントへの導線は確認されていません。採用できる正式な修正Pillow wheelは未公開のため別途更新待ちとします。[Pillow公式の更新状況](python-pillow/Pillow#10305 (comment)) 最終head `1094f35bdbab06c06e19779197955a017aa2d265` の [CI](https://github.com/pitekusu/shittim-chest/actions/runs/40314985877)、[Records CI](https://github.com/pitekusu/shittim-chest/actions/runs/40314985983)（attempt 2）、[4言語CodeQL](https://github.com/pitekusu/shittim-chest/actions/runs/40314985841)が成功しました。 Signed-off-by: dependabot[bot] <support@github.com> Co-authored-by: dependabot[bot] <49699333+dependabot[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

I think this updates brotli to 1.2.1 to fix CVE-2026-111497. See https://github.com/google/brotli/releases/tag/v1.2.1.
I'm not sure whether I need to change anything else somewhere?
