• The model is still pulled from Hugging Face. Before, each model version had its own repo (e.g. pyronear/yolo11s_rapid-raccoon_v8.1.0). Now all versions live in a single repo (pyronear/yolov11s) with one git tag per release, which is simpler to follow and to bump.
• Pin the v8.3.0 tag, so engines never pick up a new model without a release. Bumping the model is now a one line change of MODEL_REVISION.
• The cache folder now includes the version (yolov11s_v8.3.0), so the existing purge removes old weights on each model bump.
• The offline engine test now uses the production threshold (0.25). It only passed with 0.35 because the old model scored 0.355 on the test image. v8.3.0 scores 0.68 on it and 0 on the forest sample.
