Replace empty chunks with auto, just to see the blast radius

If we find a chunk mapping where every key maps to auto, then additionally fill in zero dimensions with auto - otherwise dask gives a(n avoidable) divide by zero error

Turned out the AI was right, pushing it down into `namedarray/core.py::NamedArray.chunk` was the right shout. Haven't updated tests yet

Move the empty-auto logic into daskmanager, I think

Move mapping import to collections.abc, change docstring to comment (more appropriate), inspect array shape directly

I think the types are lying

Can't get mypy to work properly locally, this should fix the type issue though
