Adds pdfblah under Manipulators.
It does real find and replace on the text in a PDF by rewriting the actual Tj/TJ operands in the content stream, rather than covering the old text with an overlay. The original text is genuinely removed, and the document metadata and text alignment are preserved. It ships as a CLI and a Python library (pdfplumber + pikepdf, MIT).
