Revora previously replaced its connected state with a USB scanning message and disabled actions on every polling cycle. The central monitor now serializes scans, publishes only changed device snapshots, retains labeled normal-mode context across ECID mode changes, and pauses scans while recovery or restore owns the tools.

The interface centers on the connected device, with a compact light sidebar, grouped device details, a six-step firmware workflow, separate Update/Restore choices, explicit erase confirmation, session activity and settings. Icons8 Apple SF Regular icons are checksum-pinned and embedded locally with attribution and a bundled license. Existing native recovery and restore commands, target checks and firmware validation are preserved.

Validation:

• 53 core checks passed locally and the final GitHub desktop build/test step passed.
• Rendered UI checks passed locally at 125% Windows DPI and in CI at 100%. Checks cover every page, firmware state, modal, button label fit, stable USB polling, minimum windows and reachable navigation. Additional 100-200% layout scales were simulated; physical monitor-DPI transitions remain manual.
• Six bundled native utilities and binary manifest conversion passed smoke checks. A read-only real USB scan found no connected device.
• The preview ZIP contains the executable, six device tools and license documents; no test executables, personal settings, logs or IPSWs.

Physical recovery and firmware installation still need testing with a connected device. The executable is unsigned and may be blocked by Windows application-control policy.
