概要
meta-earth-wave.com で動いているトレンド版（Codex で作成し、9/25 に手元から手動デプロイしていたもの）は GitHub に入っていませんでした。これを main に取り込み、#2・#3 の文字演出と合わせたうえで、main への push で Cloudflare Workers に自動デプロイする GitHub Actions を追加します。

cloudflare/worker.ts、wrangler.jsonc、yarn build:cloudflare）addLocalTweetから発火することを確認.github/workflows/deploy.ymlwrangler deploy --dry-runwrangler deploy+ 本番のビルドID と/api/themesの疎通確認CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN（登録済み）、VariableCLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID（登録済み）確認
node --test tests/*.cjs（32 件 pass）、tsc --noEmit、yarn build:cloudflare、wrangler deploy --dry-runwrangler versions uploadでプレビューURLに上げ、トレンド→詳細→入力中の波形→送信→文字演出を自動操作で確認してから本番へ切り替え済み（version ee122228）/api/themesが応答することを確認Worker のシークレット（TREG_TOKEN / TREG_ORG / TYPESAFE_API_KEY / NEXTAUTH_SECRET）は Cloudflare 側にあり、リポジトリにも CI にも含みません。
