- aiConfig DTO 新增 LLM_format 字段
- 配置页自定义 Provider 下新增「API 格式」下拉（OpenAI 兼容 / Anthropic）
- Base URL placeholder 随所选格式联动
- 加载/保存透传 LLM_format，配合后端修复自定义网关路由问题
