I can't find makeall.bat in src folder

Readme.txt says that to build BinProlog with VC++ one has to go in src folder and run makeall.bat. But while I check inside src folder I couldn't find makeall.bat file only a make file is there. Is makeall.bat missing?

I have found that within /src folder there is a /OLD folder. To compile with VC++ one has to copy all .bat files from /OLD folder to /src folder. To successfully build with makeall.bat one also has to create two folders: BP_DLL and sdist in the project root. I think appropriate .bat files could be modified to check for existence of the two folders and if they don't exists to create them. However, I am yet to figure out the exact location of change inside the .bat files.

I have successfully built bp.exe and bpr.exe with VC++ in windows 10, though I think these are 32 bit executables as my compilation environment is 32 bit. I am yet to figure out how a 64 bit executable file could be built. I am ready to share the windows executables on AS-IS basis if someone asks for them.
