How can I use the content of pryv.github.io locally ?

A simple way would be to expose it with https://backloop.dev

Make sure you have node.js installed on your machine and go in the pryv.github.io folder.
The following command will open a web server accessible on https://whatever.backloop.dev:4443 only for your local machine

npx backloop.dev ./
