They currently use the deprecated NPPM_GETOPENFILENAMESPRIMARY_DEPRECATED and NPPM_GETOPENFILENAMESSECOND_DEPRECATED messages

Needs to be reworked per https://npp-user-manual.org/docs/plugin-communication/#2032nppm_getopenfilenames-deprecated
