Officially assigned countries with alpha-2, alpha-3 and numeric codes and the English short name, plus IsoCountry.find(code) accepting any of the three codes, case-insensitive and tolerant to missing or extra leading zeros in the numeric code. The lookup does not depend on the default locale. IsoUtils is unchanged and remains the mutable code catalog for validation.
