Includes #46 — adds the US nationality scope (
…:nationality:us) and credential ID (proof_id_nationality_us),ProofCredentialV1.isNationalUSmapped from theis_national/usclaim, a fix so
verifyVPTokeninitializes every credential ID rather than only those present in the response, and exhaustiveness checks tyingCredentialType/CredentialIDto their implementations.
