docs(spec): add early Kaits v1 discussion baseline

Summary

• add an intentionally incomplete Kaits v1 product boundary and discussion roadmap
• define Kaits as the portfolio/organization control surface that directly orchestrates ainfra and Aibox
• keep Airunner as an independently usable harness and Processkit as repository-local process memory
• establish product-owned result references, minimal correlation/idempotency, authority separation, and applicable company standards
• list unresolved product, organization, protocol, implementation, and UX questions explicitly

Scope

This draft does not authorize implementation or attempt a complete Kaits v1 design. Existing Kaits code and documentation remain evidence for later reconciliation.
