Adds docs/uptime-monitoring-prd.md — a PRD for adding uptime/availability monitoring & alerts to CrawlProof.

Highlights

  • Free for up to 20 monitors (alerts), forever — the headline offer (Hesklo-inspired, minus the on-call escalation canvas, which is Phase 2).
  • Monitor types: HTTP(S), keyword, SSL-expiry, TCP, PING.
  • Up/down state machine with multi-failure confirmation + recovery detection; incidents + public status page.
  • Channels: email (Resend), webhook, Slack, Discord in V1; SMS (Twilio, with hard cost caps) later.

Reuse, not rebuild

  • Rides the existing single Railway service (Next.js + worker/index.ts via start.sh) — a new due-time sweep in the worker loop, no new always-on process.
  • Reuses Resend email templates, the org/project/RLS model, and webhook delivery.
  • Notes the crawlproof migration gotcha: prod migration history diverged, so apply the new migration via psql over the pooler, not db push.

Open questions (does "20 alerts" mean 20 monitors vs 20 events/mo; plan folding; ICMP support on Railway) are listed in §11.

Free-for-20-monitors uptime/availability monitoring feature, reusing the
existing worker loop, Resend email, and org/project model. Hesklo-inspired
positioning without the on-call escalation canvas (Phase 2).
