Add "Retry all failed" button to /recent outreach - #71

Retries every failed/timed-out row in one click instead of clicking each Retry. Runs the existing retryRecentOutreach sequentially (the browser concurrency cap already throttles the worker) with a live "Retrying x/N…" counter, then refreshes so the live status/progress bar takes over. Per request: a one-click Retry all failed on the outreach panel instead of clicking each row's Retry.
retryRecentOutreachsequentially per failed row (the browser-concurrency cap already throttles the worker, so no stampede), with a live Retrying x/N… counter, thenrouter.refresh()— the live status + progress bar already shipped take over from there.tscclean; client-only, reuses the existing action.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
