The Sakana Fugu engine (f341c77) was wired into the code (lib/credits.ts, app/actions/runAudit.ts, worker/index.ts) but shipped no migration to extend audits_engine_check, so any scan running 'fugu' failed with "new row for relation \"audits\" violates check constraint \"audits_engine_check\"". Already applied to prod (ywcizjsgrcmhgyplldac); this checks the migration in. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Static-HTML sites in a monorepo (no framework — e.g. a hand-written apps/web/public/index.html) were only discoverable via the </body> code-search fallback, which is flaky for freshly-pushed repos. Probe the static index.html paths under apps/web explicitly so the GitHub installer opens the PR reliably (e.g. tronbrowser.dev). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
