feat: Profullstack webring links in the footer - #139

The landing page setup.sh writes now ends its footer with the Profullstack
OpenWebring links (from=https://${DOMAIN}/), and setup.sh also writes
/.well-known/openwebring.json into the site root.

bbs.profullstack.com is the landing page setup.sh writes to$DATA_DIR/web/index.html (served by Caddy). This adds the Profullstack OpenWebring links (previous / ring home / next, from=https://$ {DOMAIN}/ which is https://bbs.profullstack.com/ in prod) to that page footer, styled in the footer dim colour, and has setup.sh write /.well-known/openwebring.json (slug bbs-profullstack-com) into the site root, which the existing site-root file_server serves.
bash -n setup.sh passes; the heredoc was rendered locally with DOMAIN=bbs.profullstack.com to check the encoded from.
