fix: align public pricing and trust copy

Summary

• Aligns public pricing copy with backend behavior: workers receive listed payout; employers pay Stripe processing plus a 1% GoHireHumans fee where checkout is configured.
• Replaces overbroad payment/verification/guarantee language with connector, profile-signal, and evidence-review framing.
• Adds static regression coverage for stale 4% pricing, overbroad verification claims, and known payment-copy typos.
