Not for merge. This exists so Continuous Integration runs against
blake2b-unifieditself, which it has never done: the workflow triggers only on pull requests and on pushes tomaster, and neither has happened for this branch.Without a run on the base there is no way to tell whether a job failing on a pull request was broken by that pull request or was already failing here. Five jobs have now failed on #3 across five consecutive runs, and that question decides whether they are #3's to fix.
This will be closed once the run reports.
