The singular .agent/skills directory is not a default Copilot discovery path, so the migration loses automatic skill discovery.
No open issues 🎉
What changed in this PR
Relocates Primer React’s 15 repository skills to .agent/skills and updates supporting tooling without changing package runtime behavior.
Changes:
- Move skills and their reference documents.
- Update contributor instructions, workflow references, and the compiled prompt hash.
- Preserve Markdown lint exclusions for relocated files.
