MCP constructs incorrect component documentation URLs #8531

Description

@primer/mcp constructs incorrect documentation URLs. ActionBar usage requests return the Primer homepage instead of guidance; ConfirmationDialog also uses the wrong slug.

Steps to reproduce

1. Call get_component_usage_guidelines with {"name":"ActionBar"}: it requests actionbar/guidelines instead of action-bar/guidelines.
2. Call get_component with {"name":"ConfirmationDialog"}: it requests confirmationdialog/llms.txt instead of confirmation-dialog/llms.txt.

Expected: retrieve the component's published documentation. ConfirmationDialog's usage and batch requests are affected too.
