Summary

Routine dependency refresh: cargo update against current crates.io. Only Cargo.lock changes.

Not changed (and why):

• generic-array stays at 0.14.7: crypto-common 0.1.7 requires =0.14.7, so 0.14.9 is not selectable.
• matchit stays at 0.8.4: axum 0.8.9 requires =0.8.4, so 0.8.6 is not selectable.
• Every direct dependency in Cargo.toml ([dependencies], [dev-dependencies], and the cfg(unix) nix/libc block) already accepts its latest stable crates.io release, so no requirement bumps were needed. Checked 2026-09-23.
• GitHub Actions in .github/workflows are already on their latest majors and are untouched.

Code changes

None. Both bumps are patch releases with no API impact; the crate compiles, lints and tests exactly as before on Rust 1.94.0 (rust-toolchain.toml / rust-version unchanged).
