Refresh workspace dependency versions and regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml for consistent installs across packages.
Align workspace tooling on Vite 7, Vitest 4, and Istanbul coverage for consistent test setup.
Revert coverage package to @vitest/coverage-v8@3.0.8, switch configs to provider v8, and align vitest to 3.0.8 for hook stability.
