Quick fix here, Analysis-runner won't run this as workflow.py has neither a shebang, or a
python workflow.pyin the submission commandRoot cause: I'm an idiot
Pretty sweeping PR merged in to make a range of syntax updates, making TWS look more like a modern CPG-Flow consuming repository: #20
At some point during that process an overzealous linter stripped out 'commented out code' (the shebang line)
