Download GIA files for IJ05_R2

Where can I download the GIA file for the model IJ05_R2 that can be used for grace_spatial_maps.py?

Also, could you kindly help me to verify that I am using the code correctly? What I want is monthly geoid height from GRACE with or without GIA correction. Here is how I used the code:

python ./gravity-toolkit/scripts/grace_spatial_maps.py -D ./path_to_grace/ -O ./out_geoid_spatial_map -c JPL \
    -geocenter Tellus  --slr-c20 GSFC --slr-c30 GSFC  \
    --destripe  -G ICE6G-D --gia-file ./path_to_grace/ICE-6G_High_Res_Stokes_trend.txt \
     -P JPL_v2_ -U 2 --spacing 0.5 --interval 1 --log

I have ICE-6G_High_Res_Stokes_trend.txt downloaded from Peltier's website.

What I want to check with you are:

1. The options I used above will correct GIA effect using ICE-6G_D/VM5a model, is that correct?
2. If I don't use -G ICE6G-D --gia-file ./path_to_grace/ICE-6G_High_Res_Stokes_trend.txt, the generated geoid files are without any GIA correction, right? (I want to make sure there is no default GIA correction, and the configuration I used above will not correct GIA twice).
