Missing rid and invalid table references
Use exported table data from PoE 2 to find tables that were missing rids or had incorrect schemas

This PR combines my fixes from PoE 1 and the new PoE 2 0.5 league
Fixes all Hash entries to use unsigned integers
Fixes many tables having multiple unique entries
Verified output of all tables from my data exporter
I'll make a PR after this one to move them into alphabetical order
