MétéoChantier — a paid B2B SaaS selling certified weather-attestation reports to French construction firms. Scoped, priced and built it: €39 per report against incumbents charging €600+, delivered in 24 hours, automated end to end so nobody touches an order. Next.js, TypeScript, Cloudflare.
Mood — an event-planning app, live on the App Store and Google Play. No signup, shareable links, chat, shared expenses that balance automatically, polls, push notifications. Flutter.
Codes_Are_Great — surfaces Netflix's hidden genre codes. Static-first, 5 languages. Gatsby, React, Tailwind, Cloudflare.
Migrating production sites without losing what makes them work.
- Fehrgroup: WordPress → React → Gatsby. Lighthouse 97+, and the SEO work added 30% more visits per year and 1800 organic keywords in year one.
- Chefclub: a media site doing over 1.4M monthly visits, rebuilt on Gatsby and Prismic to Lighthouse 95+. Also cut the build pipeline from ~30 min to ~10 so a 10-person team could keep deploying 5-6 times a day.
- PauleKa: luxury B2B portal, pixel-perfect from Figma, Lighthouse 93+.
Migrations fail on information structure, not on frameworks. Baseline first, decide what not to carry over, and have a rollback plan.
