Update the
2.0.xGradle wrapper from 8.14.4 to 8.14.6 while retaining the Java 11 compatible Gradle line. This replaces the incompatible Gradle 9.8.1 update in #1350.Gradle 8.14.6 fixes the same three security vulnerabilities addressed in 9.8.1: worker-to-daemon deserialization, client-to-daemon deserialization, and repository handling after SSL failures. See the release notes.
Regenerate the wrapper and use the official SHA-256 checksum for the all distribution.
Validation: wrapper-generation task completed, wrapper JAR matches the official 8.14.6 checksum, and
git diff --checkpassed. CI is not awaited, as requested.
