Align the userland VFS with the current Node.js implementation: isolated mounts, expanded fs dispatch, recursive directory reads, corrected symlink and watcher behavior, and cache cleanup.
Remove the legacy mount(prefix) API. Document the remaining limits of monkey-patching, including native descriptors, loader internals, ZIP loading, and ESM cache invalidation.
