PR #19 bumped the ui, model, workflow and per-cell-metrics packages but not the root block package, so block/package.json stayed at 3.2.0 and nothing was published to the registry.
This changeset bumps the block package 3.2.0 → 3.3.0, which triggers the publish on merge.
