Summary

  • Add a plain-language, keyword-rich intro paragraph to the README so GitHub and Google search match how people actually describe the project (self-hosted AI agent for DevOps/cloud ops; Railway/Vercel/GitHub; human-in-the-loop approval).
  • Add docs/marketing/LAUNCH.md — ready-to-paste launch copy (Show HN, Reddit, X/LinkedIn, dev.to outline) and awesome-list entries, plus a discoverability checklist.
  • Add docs/marketing/social-preview.png for upload under Settings → Social preview.

Context

Part of making the public repo discoverable. Companion changes already applied to repo settings (not in this diff): 20 GitHub topics added, homepage set to https://pilotmain.com, and Discussions enabled.

Test plan

  • README renders correctly on GitHub
  • Upload docs/marketing/social-preview.png in Settings → General → Social preview
