Two sync issues are handled together because both touch
yar-client-protocol-exception.xmlandyar_server/handle.xml.Sync with EN commits 75d48299ef85693f10eee31af1be88488fb84c6f and 07275f5d03cf34c5a2218e0c103978f8024da153.
YAR_OPT_*options, exception hierarchy withrole="exception"/<ooexception>, INI page rewritten withyar.ssl_verify,<simpara>,<exceptionname>and "See also" sections; theYar_Client::getOpt()page is added.yar-client-protocol-exception.xmlgains the paragraph on response transaction id validation (Yar 2.4.0) andyar_server/handle.xmlthe note and example for the__infomagic method (Yar 2.3.0).reference/yar/versions.xmlis EN-only and stays out of scope. Removes the obsolete<!-- Reviewed -->and<!-- $Revision$ -->markers.Fixes: #1124
