This adds a server side API to get current list of existing LoRA files and uses it to refresh the list on frontent whenever user clicks a row to add/edit LoRA.
This would fix #2
There is likely still room for improvement as the hidden
available_lorasfield is also used for other purposes, but I tried to keep this change minimal.
