Replacements now chain — applying E→B then A→C modifies the already-swapped text rather than starting from the original each time. A "Reset to Original" button appears after the first swap to let the user start over. The "Replace these letters" panel now supports selecting multiple letters simultaneously — each toggles on/off independently. All selected letters are replaced with the single chosen target letter in one Apply Swap.
