What changed

• adds the hosted one-file bootstrap and buffered /path workflow
• expands /pathmx with Player, annotation, styling, route, and tooling guidance
• adds scaffolds, fixtures, a real Codex CLI eval harness, scenarios, rubrics, and candidate findings
• replaces the older tight-loop fixtures with the checked two-to-four-session module contract

Why

A nontechnical learner should be able to start from bootstrap.md, receive a visible milestone map and a complete current module, and continue learning without waiting for an agent between ordinary steps.
