The README opens with the video's poster, linked to the site; the site's Digests section plays it. The digest screenshots and the old demo.gif go, since the video covers them.

What
demo.gif.docs/index.html): the Digests section plays the video (docs/assets/docket-demo.mp4, 9.8 MB, faststart) in place of the three screenshot tabs.og:imagenow uses the video's poster.digest-home.jpg,digest-area.jpg,digest-people.jpganddemo.gif, which nothing references any more. The video is one take, about one minute. Claude Code makes the day's digest, and the dashboard is shown by area and by person. A task is closed with a reason. Codex and Claude each take a digest item by its number, and both show on the task list as they work. It ends with the skills and the MCP tools. Everything on screen is invented demo data.
Why
Still screenshots couldn't show the loop — agent, digest, dashboard, then another agent taking the work — and that loop is what 3.1 adds.
Testing
npm test: 555 passing, including the example and private-word guards. Not verified: the site's
<video>on GitHub Pages itself. It is served only after the merge.
