test(e2e): add playwright e2e suite for full workflow and kanban - #356

Adds the opencode.yml workflow and .opencode/skills/ support config, ported from paruff/fawkes after extensive debugging there this session. Also adds an external_directory permission key to the existing opencode.json without touching the existing agent/instructions/skills config -- kept fawkes's generic model routing rather than wiring this workflow to the existing planner/coder/reviewer/security subagents, since those have edit: deny permissions and I don't have full context on how agent: would interact with them from a CI-triggered run. Scoped to what applies here: skipped Terraform/TFLint pre-install (no .tf files), skipped adding a commit-msg hook (scripts/commit-msg.sh already exists). Requires OPENCODE_API_KEY, NVIDIA_API_KEY, and GEMINI_API_KEY repo secrets to actually run -- none are currently configured.
Covers the full Growth Explorer → Discovery → Screening → Underwriting → Offer → Pipeline journey plus kanban drag-and-drop stage advancement. Adds collectstatic step to CI e2e job for realistic rendering. Audit Phase 1: closes the critical 'no Playwright E2E tests' gap.
