Cannot merge: config@5.0.0 effectively requires Node >=20.19.0, but engines.node specifies a floor of >=20.18.0 and the CI matrix runs Node 20.18.0.

config 5.0.0 converted the package to ESM (node-config/node-config#889). The CommonJS entry lib/config.js is now only a shim (module.exports = require('./config.mjs').default;), so require('config') depends on Node's unflagged require(ESM) support — Node >=20.19.0 or >=22.12.0. The package declares engines.node: ">= 20.11.0", which understates the real requirement. This is why the "Parse Server 8, Node.js 20" job fails on this PR.

5.0.0 also carries unrelated breaking changes worth a deliberate migration rather than an automated bump: raw.js/async.js/defer.js removed, config.util.setImmutable() signature changed, anchored NODE_ENV file matching (preprod.json no longer loaded for NODE_ENV=prod), .iced support removed, and Load.scan() now returns loaded data.

Converting to draft so this is skipped in automated dependency runs.
