It tests the document against SEBI ICDR, SEBI LODR, the Companies Act, Schedule III and Ind AS, finds figures that carry two values in two places, arithmetic that does not foot and mandatory disclosures that are missing, and produces a severity-graded report cited to paragraph level, with an issuer letter on request.
