Current chat-active skill version diverged from the Apr 2026 file
(paradroid-scratchpad-skill, v2026.04.x1) already in the repo. Added
as a new dated snapshot per the existing monthly-versioning convention
rather than overwriting, and indexed both in the README.

Planning doc for testing whether the scratchpad format can be trained
natively into open-weight models rather than injected via system prompt.

Covers dataset design only: four-axis task taxonomy, four-gate fidelity
rubric, per-row context schema, and a zero-manual-labeling sourcing
pipeline. Includes a local model roster scoped to 8GB VRAM (Ollama /
Q4_K_M) and a sketch of the unattended eval loop that consumes the set.

Four open questions in section 07 remain unresolved — this is a draft
for discussion, not a build spec.
