I've reviewed the TAP 12 changes and am happy with them.
Would it be too annoying to ask to rebase on 0.23.0 now that they've released that upstream?

Updated to 0.24, as 0.23 was broken for some repos. Also included a change in our fork of tough to skip signatures with duplicate key material rather than erroring out (as you suggested on matrix). |

My original plan was to just do a Cargo patch in omicron, but Tufaceous v2 needs a code change :(
