Too many ways to create posts

We have a few different era's of ways to create posts.

We should try to consolidate to 3 ways:

1. On the desktop (probably in VScode)
2. On the web (via github - some automation to make this nice, markdown preview?)
3. On mobile

Features for each

• Creating the post template/folder structure
• Markdown editing
• Markdown preview
• Site build checks (can be in a PR)
• Adding images

Ideally - there'd be one working way for all scenarios.

Currently - the canonical at the desk way is create_post.sh. Not going to work when mobile, but canonical is a start.
